THRONE CONNECTIONS

An overview of the elite to thrones connection.

PreviousCOLLECT TOKENSNextCONTRIBUTE TOKENS

Last updated 4 months ago

  • Thrones are game objects that generate or eliminate influence points.

  • Players must connect elite(s) to throne(s) before they can generate or eliminate influence points.

  • Players must contribute a minimum of 1 $IORO when connecting their elite to a throne.

  • Players use their elites to either become a Vanguard or an Attacker; - Vanguard - Ruler or Patron: Generate influence points from the throne. - Attacker: Eliminate influence points from the throne.

  • A cool down period of 6h begins after a player generates or eliminates influence.

  • Cool down periods lock the elite and his contributed tokens to the throne.

  • Players can leave a throne and retrieve their contributed tokens, so long as a cool-down is not in effect.

THRONE RELATIONSHIPS

RULER

Thrones adopt their ruler's . The influence boost has a direct impact on how many influence points a throne generates.

Rulers support the dynasty by contributing their tokens to the throne and generating influence points.

A player can become ruler of a throne if; 1. The player's elite and throne are of the same dynasty. 2. The throne does not have a ruler. -- One ruler per throne --

PATRON

Patrons support the dynasty by contributing their tokens to the throne and generating influence points.

A player can become patron of a throne if; 1. The player's elite and throne are of the same dynasty. - Elites can become a patron to thrones with a ruler, and thrones without a ruler.

-- Many patrons per throne --

Game theory suggests that maximum points are generated if elites become patrons to thrones that are ruled by a high class elite. As higher class elites have a higher influence boost.

ATTACKER

Attackers raid thrones from enemy dynasties. They contribute their tokens to enemy thrones and eliminate influence points.

A player can attack a throne if; 1. The player's elite and the target throne are not of the same dynasty. - Elites can attack any enemy throne (all thrones from all dynasties).

Attackers can only eliminate the influence points that a throne has on balance. If the balance is zero, the attacker will not eliminate any points.

-- Many attackers per throne --

Attacking a throne does not include the ruler's influence boost. 1 $IORO token eliminates 1 influence point from the enemy.

INFLUENCE BOOST

  • Thrones each have an influence boost.

  • Thrones adopt the influence boost value from their ruler.

  • Higher class elites have a higher influence boost.

  • The calculation for generating influence points includes the influence boost value.
