REWARD TIERS

Overview of REWARDS.

The New Elites introduces an incentive system, where the project reserves 33.33% of the tokens raised from the mint for a reward pool.

The reward pool is distributed to the accounts holding the elites whose team wins the point game.

Rewards are paid in $IOTA.

The amount of $IOTA in the reward pool depends on how many NFTs are sold.

The amount an elite receives depends on which tier he qualifies for.

The project team distributes the rewards directly to the accounts that hold the winning elites.

If the collection sells out, then the reward pool is increased to ~36% of the tokens received from mint.

REWARD TIERS

Rewards pay out in two tiers.

TIER 1: RULER REWARD

The major reward tier pays out a higher amount (in $IOTA). CONDITIONS 1. The Elite's team wins the war. 2. The Elite is ruling a throne when the war ends. NOTE: The contract only considers who the ruler is when a war ends. Elites that rule a throne, then leave the throne before a war ends do not qualify for the T1 reward.

TIER 2: EMISSARY REWARD

The minor reward tier pays out a lower amount (in $IOTA).

CONDITIONS 1. The Elite's team wins the war. 2. The Elite is not ruling a throne when the war ends.

REWARD CALCULATION

At the end of a war, the project team identifies all elites that qualify for a reward. The project team then distributes $IOTA tokens to the accounts that hold winning elites.

Using 506 Elites for the calculation (actual tier allocation for final payout may differ): 41.42% of the reward pool is reserved for Tier 1 rewards. 58.58% of the rewards pool is reserved for Tier 2 rewards.

This percentage allocation preserves a ratio of 1 to 6.3 to 6.5 for the T2 vs. T1 reward using 506 elites as the guide (500 Elites in a Dynasty + 6 Shaman). However, depending on actual sales and how many rulers vs emissaries are recorded when the war ends, the final balance of distribution is subject to change to preserve this ratio. Therefore the calculation is subject to change, and this information should be used as a reference guide only.

The chart below indicates the reward amounts relative to how many NFTs are minted 100 $IOTA is used for the example, the actual mint price may be lower or higher. The actual payour may be lower or higher — use the chart below as a guideline:

If the collection sells out, the Tier 1 return is 7x the mint price.
